A gestão democrática recontextualizada na escola em experiências de democracia participativa
Resumo
O artigo apresenta os resultados da pesquisa em escolas públicas com foco na gestão democrática, a partir da identificação de experiências de democracia participativa. Buscou-se compreender como as comunidades escolares estão colocando em prática os ideais de democracia e participação presentes no seu Projeto Político-Pedagógico, dando visibilidade às experiências e contribuindo com o debate acerca da gestão democrática. Na pesquisa, de abordagem qualitativa, foram sujeitos componentes das comunidades escolares. Os dados evidenciaram que a gestão democrática assumida no PPP encontra-se em diferentes processos de atuação, sendo colocada em prática por meio de formas singulares, relacionadas ao contexto de cada escola, o que também caracterizou os processos de recontextualização. As experiências de democracia participativa revelaram efeitos que demonstram sua contribuição na qualificação do trabalho nas e das escolas, assim como a existência de um movimento mais amplo nesta rede de ensino, em uma perspectiva contrahegemônicade democracia.

Recontextualized democratic school management in participatory democratic experiences
Abstract
This paper presents the results of a research done at public schools with a focus on democratic management based on the identification of participatory democratic experiences. We have sought to understand how school communities put democratic and participation ideals in their Political Pedagogical Project (PPP) into practice. It was a qualitative approach research with school community components as subjects. The results obtained showed that the democratic management that is taken for granted in the PPP is present in different processes and is put into practice through unique ways related to each school context, what also characterized recontextualization processes. The participatory democratic experiences produced results that revealed their relevant contribution to work qualification at and of schools, as well as the occurrence of a broader move of this education network from a counter-hegemonic viewpoint.
