Educação, escola e políticas educacionais na perspectiva dos estudos culturais críticos: a produção do senso comum e as disputas pela hegemonia
Resumo
O artigo constitui-se num ensaio sobre a educação e a escola no campo dos estudos educacionais críticos, apresentando um conjunto de referências que explicitam e justificam a utilização da metáfora da Guerra Cultural como apropriada para representar as disputas que se forjam entre os grupos sociais pela definição das políticas educacionais e, em última instância, pela construção da hegemonia na sociedade. Ele é originário de uma re-visita ao referencial teórico de minha tese de doutoramento, onde, de maneira mais abrangente, analisei as disputas pela definição do atual Plano Nacional deEducação.

Abstract
This article consists of an essay on education and the school in the field of critical educational studies, presenting a group of references that make explicit and seek to justify the use of the Culture War metaphor to represent the disputes among social groups to define educational policies and, ultimately, to construct social hegemony. It originates from a revisiting of the theoretical background of my doctoral thesis, in which, in a broader way, I have analyzed the disputes surrounding the definition of the current National Education Plan.
