As influências do terceiro setor na educação pública: o projeto piloto de alfabetização e as implicações na gestão da escola
Resumo
Este trabalho apresenta as influências do terceiro setor na educação publica tendo como ponto de partida as parcerias realizadas com três instituições não governamentais no Projeto Piloto de Alfabetização das crianças aos seis anos instituído no ano de 2007 no estado do Rio Grande do Sul. Busca-se refletir as formas utilizadas pelo Estado de influenciar a gestão das escolas públicas a partir do modelo da gestão privada. Iremos apresentar como foco do estudo as interferências do Instituto Ayrton Senna e a lógica de gestão utilizada para imprimir o modelo da empresa privada na escola pública trazendo consequências para a gestão da escola.
