Uso dos tempos e espaços do trabalhador da educação a distância virtual: produção e reprodução no trabalho da Idade Mídia
Resumo
Este texto é resultado de um estudo em torno do trabalho docente virtual e tem como objetivo analisar como esses trabalhadores virtuais da educação fazem uso dos seus tempos e espaços. Metodologicamente, a investigação analisou a relação entre tutores virtuais x espaço-tempo de trabalho x educação a distância virtual, donde surgiram elementos bastante ricos para reflexão das possibilidades (positivas e perversas) do teletrabalho docente. Como resultados, o texto apresenta uma reflexão baseada em dados da pesquisa e em elementos teóricos marxianos em torno da capacidade/necessidade de cada educador delimitar os seus tempos e espaços de trabalho, de lazer, de família, de descanso e de sonhar. Os dados demonstraram que os teletrabalhadores têm muita dificuldade de separar esses tempos e espaços de vida.

The use of time and space by virtual distance education workers: about the production and reproduction in the Media Ages work
AbstractThis paper is a result of a study about the teaching virtual work in order to analyze how these virtual workers of the education use his times and spaces. Methodologically, the investigation analyzed the relation between virtual guardians x space-time of work x education to virtual distance, from where quite rich elements appeared for reflection of the possibilities (positive and perverse) of the long distance teaching. As results, this paper presents a reflection which is based on research data and also on theoretical Marxist concepts, about the capacities and necessities of each individual educator on delimiting their timeshare, workspaces, pleasurable activities, family activities, resting and dreaming space-time. The data has shown that these workers have a great difficulty in establishing a separation among these life space-times.
