Exclusão e/ou Desigualdade Social? Questões teóricas e político- práticas
Resumo
O texto aborda a temática da exclusão social no contexto da mundialização do capital e das políticas neoliberais. Destaca algumas advertências críticas ao uso da noção de exclusão social e aponta alguns limites e riscos para seu uso. Salienta que a noção de exclusão social é insuficiente para apreender a crise estrutural do trabalho assalariado e a radicalização da desigualdade na atual crise do sistema capital. Por fim, destaca algumas implicações teórico-práticas desse conceito, apontando que a antinomia inclusão-exclusão é um sintoma de relações geradoras de desigualdades, as quais precisam ser rompidas e superadas. Conclui mostrando que essa travessia implica teoria densa e ação política organizada.

AbstractThe text approaches the social exclusion thematic in the globalizatition of the capital and the neoliberal policies context. Highlights some of the critical warnings to the use of the notion of the social exclusion and points out some limits and risks for its use. Underlines that the notion of social exclusion are insufficient to apprehend the structural crisis of wage labour and radicalisation of inequality in the current crisis of capital system. Finally, highlights some theoretical implications of that concept, pointing out that the antinomy inclusion-exclusion is a symptom of relations generate inequality, which need to be broken up and overcome. Concludes by showing that this passage implies dense theory and organised political action.
