Filosofía intercultural para la convivencia en un mundo diverso e interrelacionado
Resumo
El ensayo analiza el concepto posmoderno del multiculturalismo y sus fallas teóricas. A éste se opone la filosofía intercultural, la que ve las diversas culturas como dinámicas e interrelacionadas, enfatiza las relaciones del dialogo entre culturas como fuente de renovación filosófica y como un modelo para relaciones de los pueblos, del mundo de unidad en pluralidad como una alternativa a la globalización homogeneizante. El ensayo se enfoca en la propuesta de “la transformación intercultural de filosofía,” elaborada por Raúl Fornet- Betancourt. Esta rompe con las barreras creadas por las estructuras monoculturales de filosofar y parte del reconocimiento de la pluralidad de las filosofías con sus respectivas matrices culturales y sus formas de argumentación y de fundamentación. El aplica las ideas de la transformación filosófica al caso de la filosofía latinoamericana. La filosofía intercultural tiene como su tarea una transformación intercultural de la razón, sobre todo de la razón filosófica.

Razón Intercultural philosophy for living in a diverse and interconnected world
AbstractThe essay provides a critical analysis of a postmodern concept of multiculturalism. As an alternative, it examines a concept of interculturality, which views the diverse cultures as dynamics and interrelated. Intercultural philosophy argues for dialogue among cultures and emphasizes the intercultural dialogue as a model for the relationship among the peoples, which is an alternative to the homogenizing globalization. At the heart of the analysis is a project of “the intercultural transformation of philosophy” developed by Raúl Fornet- Betancourt. He considers philosophy as culturally embedded. He argues for the plurality of philosophies and its forms of argumentation and grounding. This concept is applied to the Latin American philosophy. Intercultural philosophy explores the possibilities of the intercultural transformation of the reason, including in philosophy.
