A possibilidade da escola unitária na sociedade capitalista
Resumo
Referenciando-se em autores ligados à temática educação e trabalho, defensores da escola unitária, e considerando-se que o modelo de produção capitalista, ao tornar-se hegemônico, subordina o trabalhador à sua lógica, afirma-se que a relação estabelecida entre a escola e o mundo do trabalho, bem como as ações de qualificação profissional, passam a ser estruturadas por uma imposição do mercado e também por um conjunto de expectativas e cobranças dos educandos de que os conhecimentos ali obtidos possam lhes servir para um futuro ingresso do mercado de trabalho. Considerando que a lógica do capital está instaurada nos diversos espaços de formação e deve manter-se enquanto perdurar o modo de produção capitalista, conclui-se pela impossibilidade de concretização de um projeto escolar sobre bases humanistas e solidárias, voltado para a formação do ser humano em suas múltiplas dimensões.

The possibility of unitary school in the capitalist society
AbstractReferencing in the authors linked with education and employment, defenders of the unitary school and considering that the model of capitalist production, to become hegemonic, subordinated the worker to his logic, it is argued that the relationship established between the school and the world of work and the actions of professional qualification, are now framed by an impositions of the market and also by a set of expectations and demands of students that the knowledge obtained there to serve them for a future entry into the labor market. Whereas the logic of capital is established in different areas of training and should remain as long as the capitalist mode of production, it follows that the impossibility of achieving a school project on bases humanistic and sympathetic toward the formation of the human being its multiple dimensions.
