Alternativas para melhorar o fluxo escolar no ensino fundamental: promoção automática e correção da defasagem idade-série
Resumo
Na década de 1980, com a emergência da noção de prioridade da Educação Básica, foram implementados programas/projetos para enfrentar, nas primeiras séries do Ensino Fundamental, as altas taxas de evasão e de repetência. Na década de 1990, as relações capitalistas em âmbito internacional e nacional contribuíram com a transição da noção de prioridade da Educação Básica à “Centralidade da Educação Básica”. Como resultado deste processo, foram desenvolvidos programas/projetos os quais visaram alcançar a melhoria do fluxo escolar, por meio da promoção automática e da correção da defasagem idade-série, alternativas consideradas necessárias para alcançar os critérios de produtividade e de racionalidade econômica.

The programs of automatic promotion and of the lag correction grade-age as alternative to improve the scholar flow in the fundamental teaching
Abstract:In the 80’s with the arising of the notion of the basic education priority, programs/projects were implemented to face, in the first series of the fundamental teaching, the high rates of circumvention and repetition. In the 90’s, the capitalist relations in international and national scope contributed with the transition of the notion of the elementary teaching to the “Basic education centrality”. As result of this process programs/projects were developed which aim to reach the improvement of the scholar flow, by means of the automatic promotion and the lag corrections grade-age, alternatives considering necessaries to reach the productivity and rationality economical criteria.
